The Club Lacrosse advanced program, structured around tryouts, distinguishes players based on their graduation year and skill level, resulting in the creation of the state's most dominant lacrosse teams. With a focus on top-tier coaching and meticulous event selection, every player is strategically positioned to garner attention from some of the nation's most esteemed institutions.

• GIRLS YOUTH (8U - 14U): 10:00 - 11:00 AM
• BOYS HIGH SCHOOL: 11:00 - 12:30 PM
• BOYS YOUTH (8U - 14U): 12:30 - 2:00 PM
The coaching staff for both boys' and girls' teams is thoughtfully tailored, offering a personalized approach for each team. These coaches bring a wealth of comprehensive and diverse experience, stemming from their backgrounds as former players and coaches in Lacrosse across different tiers, including NCAA levels such as D1, D2, and D3. In addition to the coaching staff, every team will benefit from a dedicated team manager.
Gear
Each player will receive a player pack which includes: a short sleeve shooter shirt, sweatshirt, shorts, skirt (girls), pinnie and a reversible game jersey. New boys will be required to purchase player equipment package which includes Cascade helmet and player gloves.
ETS Performance
Players grad year 2031 and older will receive dryland training sessions, exclusively provided by ETS GameSpeed, included in the season registration. Through a collaborative effort between MAC and ETS, on-site ETS staff will be available within The MAC premises to deliver comprehensive training sessions.
Training Hours
Every individual player will be allocated a minimum of 69 sessions dedicated to lacrosse training within our advanced and modern lacrosse facility, The MAC. These training hours will span across the entire year, encompassing ongoing practice sessions, as well as concluding the year with thorough player and coach evaluations.
Tournaments
(4-6 Tourneys)
The MAC is excited to unveil our Club lacrosse core summer 2024 tournament lineup. We will have 12+ teams competing in over 200+ games across 5 distinct weekends in 4 different states. We are eagerly anticipating MAC's strong presence at each and every tournament.
Furthermore, each team is scheduled to participate in two (2) indoor sixes tournaments hosted at The MAC, with one taking place in the winter and the other in spring/summer.

All MAC athletes engaged in CORE and/or ELITE programs will enjoy exclusive privileges, including early access and member-exclusive discounts of up to 30% for all AMP events.
CORE Certified
Programming has attained CORE Certification, extending athletes complete benefits, including AMP Certified access and special pricing at a reduced rate.

What are the Extra Costs?
Travel and lodging are not included and will vary depending on the location(s) of the tournament(s).
Is there a multi family discount?
Yes, we provide a range of discounts for multiple athlete players. The pricing structure is as follows:
- The first athlete is at full price.
- The second athlete receives a 10% discount (applicable to the second athlete only).
- The third athlete benefits from a 20% discount (applicable to the third athlete).
Please note that these discounts can be combined. For instance, if an athlete's cost is $1,000, the first athlete would pay the full price of $1,000, the second athlete would be charged $900, and the third athlete would have a total cost of $800.
CLUB BOUND PROGRAM
Our Club Bound Program focuses on teaching the fundamental lacrosse skills such as cradling, passing, catching, and shooting, tailored to create a seamless transition for multi-sport athletes new to lacrosse. The program emphasizes building a solid base that allows for quick skill acquisition and adaptation for lacrosse.
